DORCHESTER, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — The first $20,000 prize winner in the Massachusetts State Lottery's new Mass Millionaire Holiday Raffle game was selected Friday night.
Lottery officials said the winning number in Friday’s drawing is 0067814. The winning ticket was sold at Richdale on State Street in Newburyport.
Friday's drawing was the first of 11 weekly drawings that will take place every Friday through Dec. 29. One $20,000 prize will be chosen each week. On Monday, Jan. 1, 2024, one lucky player will win the first $1,000,000 prize of 2024. Four $250,000 prize winners and six $25,000 prize winners will also be drawn on New Year's Day.
Sales of Mass Millionaire Holiday Raffle tickets will continue until Sunday, Dec. 31, 2023, or until the game's limited run of 550,000 tickets are all sold.
