BRAINTREE, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Come one, come all for the Flip Circus in Braintree!
Featuring artists from all over the world, the Flip Circus has officially arrived in the parking lot of the South Shore Plaza. For over 50 years, the Vazquez family has traveled across America, producing shows with what they call a modern, yet vintage feel. Shirley, the general manager, says their goal is to keep the amazing circus tradition alive.
"Boutique Circus, there's no bad seat in the house," Shirley said. "We don't have any animals. We are inside a tent, but the lights are state-of-the-art. We have a live orchestra."

For two hours, families will be entertained by performers from Finland, South Africa, Spain, and Ringmaster Jan Vazquez and his family, who are fourth-generation performers.
"While I'm on top of the rolla bola, my sister goes on top of me, Vazquez said. "She stands on my head, on my shoulders, does handstands."
With shows happening under a red and white striped tent, attendees will experience live music from the Fl!p Circus Band, aerialists soaring above ground, acrobats defying gravity, and a clown.
"Spanish clown called Johnny Rico. He makes you feel part of the show. He walks around the audience doing little jokes," remarked Vazquez
The Flip Circus will be in town until Sept. 2.
