Four Kids Struck In Stoneham Hit and Run

STONEHAM, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Four children are hurt after being struck by a vehicle in Stoneham Sunday evening—and police are looking for the driver who fled the scene.

Police say a dark-colored Subaru Legacy was driving west on Elm Street when it struck the kids who were standing with their bicycles in front of a home at the corner of MacArthur Road. The driver struck a parked car in the driveway before driving away with one of the children's bikes still under the car.

Emergency responders treated all four children, who ranged in age from 12-13. Two were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

They department has released video of the incident, shown above, and is investigating.
