GILL, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Northwestern District Attorney David Sullivan announced Tuesday that another body had been found in the Connecticut River, in what has become a grisly pattern over the last two months.

Though Sullivan's office pointed out that no foul play is suspected, the body is the fourth to be discovered in the Connecticut River in Hampshire or Franklin Counties in the last nine weeks. A cyclist first spotted the adult male body at around 7:30 PM Monday evening under the Route 10 bridge that crosses the river between Gill and Northfield.

The Medical Examiner is still trying to identify the body. No foul play is suspected in any of the other bodies found in the river on May 21, May 26, and July 3. The D.A. doesn't believe the cases are related.
