'Gentle Giant' Up For Adoption At Boston Animal Shelter

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The Animal Rescue League of Boston is looking for a new home for a 153-pound mastiff named Dexter.

The six-year-old is described as a "gentle giant" that is just looking for a home to stretch his legs, and a couch to hog.

Dexter has arthritis, so he would do best in a home without stairs.

Those interested in adopting Dexter can meet the him at ARL's Boston location at 1 p.m. on Tuesday.
