BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) – Boston Mayor Michelle Wu and Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey will visit the Vatican for an international climate conference in May, the two officials announced Monday.
Delegations from cities around the world will compare their responses to climate change in Rome from May 15 to May 17.
"We know the impact that climate resiliency preparations have on Boston as a coastal city where the heat and flooding is already intensifying," Wu said.
