BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Celtics star Jayson Tatum has unveiled the Tatum 1, his first signature shoe.

In an Instagram post Sunday morning, Tatum showed off the new Jordan Brand sneakers in a photo with his son Deuce, captioned "Dreams do come true."

The Tatum 1 will come in four different colorways to start: "Zoo," "St. Louis," "Barbershop," and "Pink Lemonade." Jordan Brand calls it the lightest performance shoe in its performance line this season, with a lightweight, reinforced TPU frame that allows excess material to be stripped away. There will also be a kids' design with a collapsible heel system for easy on-off entry.

"I want people to feel like they can connect to me," Tatum said in a statement. "I remember being a kid, walking into the store, and looking for the signature shoes of my favorite players. The moment I saw the shoe or put the shoe on, I felt like I was in sync and closer to them in a way. So, I want this shoe to be a bridge between my fans and me to bring us closer together."

Tatum, 24, is set to play in the 2023 NBA All-Star Game Sunday night as part of the Eastern Conference team.

The Tatum 1 is scheduled for release on April 7.
