MANCHESTER, N.H. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Jury selection began on Tuesday in the Harmony Montgomery murder trial.

Adam Montgomery, 34, of New Hampshire pleaded not guilty in 2022 on charges that he killed his 5-year-old daughter.

Harmony was last seen in 2019 and was reported missing by her mother in 2021. Law enforcement spent months searching for her before the case was ruled a homicide.

Adam Montgomery was arrested in October of 2022 and is facing charges that include second degree murder and abuse of a corpse.

Montgomery is accused of using a rental truck to dispose of Harmony’s body months after her death. However, her body has not been found.

A key witness in the trial is expected to be Adam Montgomery's estranged wife Kayla Montgomery.
