Largest Cruise Ship To Ever Come To Boston Docks At The Seaport

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The largest cruise ship to ever visit Boston was docked at the Seaport on Saturday.

The MSC Meraviglia can hold about 4,500 people. According to MSC Cruises USA Vice President and CEO Ken Muskat, she has 19 decks, 20 bars, 12 restaurants, and 1,600 crew members on board.

The ship also features a Swarvoski crystal staircase, a room full of chocolate sculptures, a 4-D racetrack, and a 5-D theater.

The MSC Meraviglia is currently finishing a 10-day North American tour. She made multiple stops in New England, including Portland, Maine and Bar Harbor, Maine.
