Leominster Holds Funeral Service For Fallen Marine Captain Ross Reynolds

LEOMINSTER, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Funeral services were held for United States Marine Corps. Captain Ross Reynolds at St. Cecilia's Parish in Leominster on Tuesday.

Reynolds was one of four Marines that died in a helicopter crash during a NATO drill in Norway on March 18. Reynolds was 27-year-old at the time of his death.

Hundreds were in attendance at Reynolds' funeral service at St. Cecilia's on Mechanic Street, where loved ones paid their respects.

Reynolds joined the Marine Corps in May of 2017 and was an Osprey pilot.

The burial will be a private ceremony that takes place at the Massachusetts Memorial Veterans' Cemetery in Winchendon.
