WOBURN, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — At a warehouse in Woburn, one local company is helping preserve the Celtic's championship legacy by hand-making team banners and flags.
Ned Flynn is the owner of New England Flag and Banner, a company that has been busy since the Celtics won their 18th NBA championship last week.
He said the products that he and his team produce help to build and strengthen the lasting connection between teams and their fans. "The fans really feel like that these banners are a part of Boston, a part of them, a part of the rafters... a part of tradition," he said.
