BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The man accused of kidnapping, resulting in the death of Jassy Correia, will appear in federal court in Boston Monday, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts.

Coleman will appear in court at 2 p.m. No cameras will be allowed in the courtroom.

Coleman is charged with one count of kidnapping, resulting in death. He appeared in court in Delaware last Monday, where he waived his right to have preliminary hearings. Coleman was transferred to Massachusetts.
