Man Accused Of Throwing Bottle At Kyrie Irving To Be Arraigned Wednesday

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) —A Celtics fan, accused of throwing a water bottle at Kyrie Irving, is set to be arraigned on Wednesday in Boston Municipal Court.

Cole Buckley, 21, of Braintree, is facing a charge of assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon.

The incident happened Sunday night at TD Garden after the Celtics lost to the Brooklyn Nets in Game 4 of their first-round playoff series. Buckley was arrested shortly after.

The arraignment was initially supposed to happen to Tuesday, but it got pushed back to Wednesday.

Buckley is facing a possible lifetime ban from TD Garden.
