BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The Celtics fan accused of throwing a water bottle at Kyrie Irving was ordered to stay away from TD Garden at his arraignment on Wednesday.
Cole Buckley, 21, of Braintree, was charged with assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon.
He allegedly threw the bottle Sunday night after the Celtics lost to the Brooklyn Nets in Game 4 of their first-round playoff series. Buckley was arrested shortly after.
Buckley was released Sunday after posting a $500 bail. Buckley is due back in court in August for a pre-trial hearing.
He is one of two other men who were arraigned for assaults committed during Sunday's playoff game at TD Garden. William Leite, 35, of North Oxford and Michael Oliver, 23, of Gloucester were both charged for assault and battery on a police officer and other offenses.

Suffolk County District Attorney Rachael Rollins was at the hearing.
“No one who would take these types of actions has any business identifying themselves as fans of the game,” Rollins said. “Purchasing a ticket does not buy you a free pass for obnoxious, racist or assaultive behavior. The cost of admission affords you the privilege of attending the game. The cost of abusing that privilege through criminal behavior is prosecution.”
She went on to say, “Imagine if a stranger showed up at your job and threw a water bottle at your head.”
At a press conference on Wednesday, Gov. Charlie Baker said that "no one should ever throw anything at anyone — fan to fan, fan to player. You’re automatically putting someone in danger when you do that.”
Buckley is also facing a possible lifetime ban from TD Garden.
