BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — A man was removed from a Delta Airlines flight at Logan International Airport on Wednesday night after a dispute over facemasks, according to WBZ-TV.

State Police said they removed a man off of the flight because of a mask dispute, but didn't specify exactly what the dispute was.

The flight, identified by the station as Delta Flight 670, was already running late when it had to return to the gate for the man to be removed. The flight got into Salt Lake City more than two hours late, according to FlightAware.

Delta apologized for the inconvenience.
