Revere Stabbing Suspect Arrested On Route 1 In Saugus

REVERE, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — A 32-year-old Revere man is under arrest as a potential suspect in an early-morning stabbing.

Revere Police were called to a Jordan Street home around 12:30 a.m. Thursday, where they found one person suffering from stab wounds. That person was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect fled the scene, but was later taken into custody at gunpoint on Route 1 in Saugus. State Police said they took him into custody after they spotted him driving a stolen Ford truck.

State Police aren't identifying the suspect in order to shield the victim's identity, because the stabbing was a domestic incident.
