FRAMINGAHM, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — A man wanted in connection with a murder in New Hampshire was arrested Wednesday in Massachusetts.
According to the New Hampshire Deputy Attorney General Jane E. Young's office, 38-year-old Timothy Johnson was arrested at approximately 12:40 p.m. Wednesday afternoon in Framingham, Massachusetts.
An arrest warrant had been issued Sunday for Johnson, charging him with one count of second-degree murder for knowingly causing the death of 67-year-old Jean Lascelle "by shooting him with a firearm."
Lascelle was found shot outside 351 Chestnut Street in Manchester on Saturday February 13th.

Young's office said Johnson is scheduled to appear before the Framingham District Court on Thursday, February 18th. There, he will be arraigned on local charges of receiving a stolen motor vehicle, possession of burglarious instruments, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, as well as being a fugitive from justice from the State of New Hampshire.
Prior to his arrest Wednesday, authorities said Johnson was considered armed and dangerous.
