SOMERSWORTH, N.H. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Court documents released to the public on Monday show details into the charges against a Pennsylvania man who was arrested after police discovered him on the roof of a woman's home in Somersworth, New Hampshire.

Early morning on February 9, the Somersworth Police Department said they responded to a call where a resident said they heard someone inside their home. Upon arrival, officers spotted a man on the roof of the residence, and after on-scene investigation he was brought into custody for the charge of burglary.

20-year-old Mauricio Damian-Guerrero was charged with four counts of burglary, and released on a $2,500 cash bail last week against the wishes of prosecutors, the Associated Press reported. According to the public documents, Damian-Guerrero knew the victim from the paid subscription site OnlyFans.

After some investigation, police said that they had determined that Damian-Guerrero had driven 350 miles from PA and had been staying at an Airbnb in Portsmouth around the time of the incident. From there, officials said the suspect allegedly entered the victim's home with intent to steal and invade their privacy.

The AP reported that Damian-Guerrero had allegedly stolen the victim's house key, made duplicate keys of it, entered the home numerous times to photograph the victim while asleep, and prepared a tracking device that he intended to place on the woman's vehicle, police said.
