Mass. DPH Reports 267 New COVID-19 Cases Sunday

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The Massachusetts State Department of Public Health reported another 267 confirmed cases of COVID-19 Saturday, bringing the state's total number of confirmed cases to 122,904.

The state DPH also reported an additional 14 deaths among confirmed COVID-19 cases. So far, there have been 9,001 deaths among confirmed cases, and 209 deaths among probable cases in the Commonwealth.

Nearly two million individuals in Massachusetts have been administered molecular COVID-19 tests, and more than 116,000 people in the state have had an antibody test.

According to Johns Hopkins University Coronavirus Resource Center, the U.S. has confirmed more than 6.5 million cases of coronavirus, and nearly 194,000 deaths.
