BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) – The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles has enacted several new statewide customer service options.
The RMV announced that starting Monday, 21 service center locations across the state will offer in-person appointments for vehicle and driver services, walk-in visits and Business-to-Business services.
The services are meant to offer “a new wider variety of statewide services to provide convenient service options and flexibility and to continue ongoing efforts that have been put in place to keep customers and staff safe," the department said.
