DENNIS PORT, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — As the saying goes…. ‘Location, location, location.’
Just over $29 million has been paid for a 19-acre slice of heaven on Cape Cod in Dennis Port.
It’s called Chases Ocean Grove and features 275 seasonal cottages situated on the south side of Cape Cod off Old Wharf Road.
There is 1,000 feet of beachfront access along Nantucket Sound and the property is close to popular beaches including Haigis Beach and Handkerchief Way Beach.
The buyer is Old Wharf Dennis LLC.
