BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Service suspensions are underway for several lines on the MBTA.
Service is suspended on the Orange Line between Forest Hills and North Station from Sept. 13 - 14. Commuters are encouraged to use the shuttle buses running between Forest Hills and Back Bay. Residents can transfer to the Green Line at Copley/Back Bay for service to North Station.
As the state prepares for the FIFA 2026 World Cup, service between Foxboro and Walpole will be suspended weekdays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. until May 2026. Free accessible vans will replace the service during preparations.

There is still no service on the Green Line D Branch until Sept. 11 as crews continue infrastructure work. According to the T, shuttle buses will continue to replace service between Kenmore and Riverside stations.
No shuttles will be making stops at Beaconsfield. There’s also an express shuttle service between Copley and Newton Highlands.
