BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The MBTA increased services this weekend to bring more people to celebrations for the 250th anniversary of the start of the American Revolution events around Boston.

The Fitchburg Commuter Rail Line added additional trains on Saturday, which stop at Lexington, Concord, Arlington, Lincoln, and other towns. For the full schedule, visit here.

Multiple bus routes will also be changing to accommodate traffic during Patriots’ Day weekend.

Bus Routes 62/76, 77, 78, 80, 87, 95, and 350 go to Arlington. The agency said detours for Routes 77, 80, and 95 will be in effect due to roadway closures in Arlington Center.

Bus Routes 62/76 to Lexington will run every 20-22 minutes starting at 5:10 a.m. through 7 p.m. Detours for this line will also be in effect due to roadway closures.
