11 Students Taken To Hospital After Milford School Bus Crash

MILFORD, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — A school bus crash Monday afternoon in Milford caused 11 students to be hospitalized as a precaution.

The crash happened on Dilla Street, which runs off Route 85, when the bus collided with a car around 3:30 p.m.

Authorities told WBZ-TV the students had only minor injuries.

“We’re fortunate,” Milford Fire Deputy Chief Mark Nelson told WBZ-TV. “It seemed to be bumps and bruises. Transported to the hospital to be evaluated.”
