More Than 60 Beaches Closed In Mass. Due To High Levels Of Bacteria

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has updated its list of beach closures due to high bacteria levels.

Dozens of beaches, lakes and ponds are closed as of Monday afternoon, mainly due to excess levels of bacteria in the water or other contaminants. Here are the towns and beaches impacted by the closures according to the Mass. Department of Public Health.
