More Than A Dozen Protests In Boston This Weekend

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — For the fifth weekend in a row, dozens of demonstrations and vigils are planned across Massachusetts, calling for police reform and racial equality in the wake of the killing of George Floyd.

That includes a rally at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the Boston Common, where crowds are expected for an "All Out Against White Supremacy!" demonstration.

Organizers said the anti-white supremacy march in being held in response to an "anti-BLM rally and march," planned by a group known as Super Happy Fun America (SHFA) at around the same time near the State House.

According to the organizers of "All Out Against White Supremacy!", SHFA is "the same group that threw the Straight Pride Parade, where so many of us were brutalized by the police."
