FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — The National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) is out with its 2025 Team Report Cards and there were some rough marks for the New England Patriots.

Nearly 1,700 football players provided feedback on their teams with the goal of holding organizations accountable. There are 11 categories and each receives its own letter grade based on responses.

In a ranking from best to worst across the 32 teams, the Patriots were ranked 31st. The only team they beat was the Arizona Cardinals, whose players said facilities need some serious upgrades.

The Patriots received an F in the team travel category, which was largely due to only 39 percent of players saying they have enough personal space on flights. The team also failed the weight room category, citing “below average” equipment and a lack of space.

The Patriots' highest grade came in the head coaching category. Former coach Jerod Mayo received a B+ but ranked 24th compared to the rest of the coaches. On the other hand, ownership received a D with players feeling Robert Kraft is only “somewhat committed to building a competitive team.

The biggest improvement for the team since last year’s report card was in the treatment of families category. After adding daycare at home games and a staff member to help with family services, what was an F- last year is now a C+.
