BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — In New York, the Westcester County District Attorney’s Office announced it will review the decade-old police-involved death of Danroy “DJ” Henry.
Henry, 20, of Easton, Mass., was shot and killed by police in 2010. He was a student and football player at Pace University.
District Attorney Miriam Rocah said she would also review the police-involved death of Kenneth Chamberlain.
“The Chamberlain and Henry families, and many members of the Westchester community, have asked me to review the circumstances of the shootings, the investigation and charging decisions by the DA’s office, and the grand jury’s decision not to return indictments in either case. Today, I am announcing that I will do just that,” Rocah said on Thursday.
