NHL Postpones All Boston Bruins Games Until After Christmas

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Saturday afternoon, the National Hockey League announced that the Boston Bruins will have all their games postponed through Sunday, December 26. The decision was made after more positive cases of COVID-19 were identified.

A statement from the Boston Bruins said that the team's training facilities have also been closed, and will remain that way for players until further notice. The NHL is in the process of revising the Bruins regular season schedule, officials said.

The Boston Bruins said that they are committed to following all recommended guidelines in order to protect the health and safety of all its players, staff, and community.

Tickets purchased for the postponed Bruins home games, like on December 21 against Carolina and December 23 against Colorado, will remain valid for the rescheduled dates, which have not yet been determined.
