NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — A family in North Attleboro got into extreme couponing and clearance-finding to save money, but are finding popularity on TikTok as they document their shopping adventures.
Mike and Nicole Lorenzo are couponing experts, a crucial practice in budgeted spending especially when medical bills are thrown into the equation. Mike says his son Cole has had multiple surgeries in his lifetime.
"Cole was in the hospital- we had to reevaluate our situation," Mike said.

The Lorenzos' TikTok account primarily showcases tricks to buying clearance items at stores like Walmart, and reselling said products on commerce sites like Amazon and Ebay for a profit.
"We show people what's on clearance, where to actually look for it inside the store, and we show people how they can resell it: what's a good item to resell and what's not a good item to resell. Just because it's on clearance doesn't mean you can resell it. If we see someone in need of something, we'll reach out to them and send it to them. Our greatest gift is giving to other people," Mike said.
At the time of posting the Lorenzo family account (@lorenzofamilydeals) has over 58,000 followers.
"We're finding deals that are listed on the price tag for say $200, but in the computer system it's ringing up for $30," Mike said.
"We show them what coupons match what item and what they're going to be paying. We've saved $30,000 at Stop & Shop alone just using coupons," Nicole said.
