NORWOOD, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — If you've ever dreamed of being able to quickly scale walls and leap over obstacles with ease, a ninja gym in Norwood may be the place to hone those agility skills.

Full Send Ninja, a gym that specializes in teaching and training individuals in physical movements, let WBZ's Chris Fama explore the obstacle courses inside.

"We look at 'Ninja' as a new, fun, exciting way to stay fit, active, and learn to move," said Full Send Ninja's Associate Director of Youth Programs and full-time ninja Mark Antioquia. Though Full Send Ninja does not teach combat courses, Antioquia said that students could use their learned skills to escape any hypothetical threats.

Full Send Ninja offers classes for participants starting at 5-years-old ranging to 80-years-old, Antioquia said.

"We got a challenge for everybody- everything here, the 'salmon ladder,' the 'warped wall,' some iconic obstacles, we build everything to spec," Antioquia said. According to Full Send Ninja staff, children students come at the obstacles with high energy, and the gym teaches them how to swing and build confidence while maintaining a safe and fun environment.

According to FSN, Antioquia participated in Season 10 of American Ninja Warrior, and actively trains as a competitor in the National Ninja League Elite division.

When asked what makes the best Ninja Warrior, Antioquia said that ninjas able to learn from their failure and get back up again will go far.
