BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Boston City Hall was evacuated Friday afternoon after officials received a bomb threat.

Boston Police say that a threatening phone call came in after 3 p.m. on Friday. Out of caution, officials evacuated the building and closed early for the day. Hours later, officials said the scene was "all clear," after they inspected the building and found nothing alarming on the premise.

The incident is still under investigation, officials say.
