FOXBORO (WBZ NewsRadio) — Most of the details are still in the dark, but the Patriots are scheduled for as trip to Germany during the 2023 regular season. The NFL announced the league's international games on Thursday morning.
The league says that the Patriots and the Chiefs are among the teams playing in Germany, in Frankfurt and Munich. It will be the first time playing in Germany for both teams. Exactly which week the Pats will be playing there is unclear, as is their opponent.
The league says the Buccaneers-Seahawks game in Munich last year was sold out, and broke local television ratings records.
The Bills, the Jaguars, and the Titans are all playing in London in 2023 as well, with Jacksonville returning to their "away home" at Wembley Stadium.
