Plymouth Police Arrest 2 In Apartment Complex Shooting

PLYMOUTH, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Two men have been arrested in connection to a Wednesday morning shooting at a Plymouth housing complex.

Plymouth Police said Thursday afternoon that Schericia Barber, 37, and Siron Cromwell-Harrison, 25, were taken into custody as part of the investigation into the shooting at Algonquin Terrace.

Both face charges of carrying an unlicensed firearm, along with several other gun charges.

The shooting took place around 10 a.m., prompting a large police presence and the lockdown of several area schools.

Authorities said Wednesday they were looking for 6-8 individuals. One person had been arrested and released. They also said they found a handgun in a nearby Walgreens where one suspect was seen.

Police said they also secured two additional handguns from the scene of the shooting. The investigation continues.
