Police Arrest Man In Roxbury On Gun Charges

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — One man has been arrested after police responded to a call of shots fired early Sunday on Balfour Street in Roxbury.

Authorities arrested Darrel Barboza, 36, of Allston. Police said they recovered a loaded gun from his car.

Barboza is facing several charges, including unlawful possession of a firearm — his fourth offense. He is expected to be arraigned in Roxbury District Court.
