Police Investigating Fatal Crash In Dorchester

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — A man is dead after a fatal car crash in Dorchester Friday evening, authorities said.

Boston police said officers responded at around 8:34 p.m. to a report of a vehicle that crashed into a house at 24 Fifield St.

Officers found the passenger, an adult male, suffering from a broken leg. Boston EMS transported him to the hospital for treatment, police said.

The driver of the vehicle, also an adult male, was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.

An investigation into the incident is underway.
