BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — A new poll says Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey is right in the middle of the pack when it comes to approval ratings. The Morning Consult survey said the governor tied for 25th in a ranking of approval ratings for all U.S. Governors. 55% of surveyed Massachusetts voters approved of her so far.

Nearly a quarter of about 5,000 polled voters said they had no opinion on Healey.

In comparison, Vermont Governor Phil Scott had the highest approval rating in the country, a stratospheric 78%. The poll did say that Healey had the third lowest disapproval rating in the country, meaning voters weren't particularly displeased with her, either.

The poll also surveyed voters on the state's two U.S. senators. Sen. Ed Markey was tied for the 11th highest approval rating at 55%, with a 26% disapproval rating. Sen. Elizabeth Warren was tied for 28th with a 52% approval rating. Almost 40% of voters surveyed disapproved of the senator.
