MANCHESTER, NH (WBZ NewsRadio) — For the first time in almost two years, President Biden is scheduled to make campaign stops in New Hampshire.

The White House said the president is in Goffstown this afternoon at the YMCA Allard Center talking about lowering costs for American families.

He's also scheduled to make a stop in Manchester.

The president did not campaign in New Hampshire ahead of the first-in-the-nation presidential primary and did not appear on the ballot.

Biden and the Democratic National Committee moved South Carolina higher up in the Democratic nominating process.

But the president won New Hampshire anyway receiving a solid turnout and heavy write-in effort.

WBZ's Jim MacKay (@JimMacKayOnAir) reports.
