MANCHESTER N.H. (WBZ NewsRadio) — After calling multiple witnesses to the stand over the past two weeks for Harmony Montgomery's murder trial, the prosecution has rested their case against Adam Montgomery, the man accused of killing his daughter Harmony back in 2019, according to a report in the Boston Globe.

Starting Wednesday, public defenders will begin presenting evidence in Adam Montgomery's defense when the trial resumes in the morning. If no evidence is presented, both parties are expected to move into closing arguments and the jury will begin deliberations on the case.

Adam Montgomery has still not appeared in court since the first day of jury selection for the trial on Feb. 6.
