WEST PALM BEACH, Florida (WBZ NewsRadio) — Tuesday brings an important moment in the ongoing Robert Kraft scandal—it's the deadline for prosecutors to appeal a previous decision from the judge to block a secretly recorded video of Kraft.
The New England Patriots owner pleaded not guilty to charges of soliciting prostitutes in a massage parlor in Florida. The video allegedly shows Kraft engaging in sexual activity in the parlor on two separate occasions last January.
Judge Leonard Hauser says he blocked the video from entering evidence in the courtroom because police did not do enough to protect those also recorded who were legitimately receiving massages.
