Quincy Bartender With COVID-19 Worked Four Shifts While Contagious

QUINCY, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — A bartender in Quincy who has tested positive for COVID-19 worked two back-to-back weekends while they were likely contagious.

According to the City of Quincy, the employee worked four shifts at Manet Lunch at 1099 Sea Street this month, during the time they would have been "considered infectious."

The bartender worked Saturday July 11th from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m., Sunday July 12th from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 18th July from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m., and Sunday 12th July from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

"If you were a patron of the Manet Lunch on [these] dates and times, please call the Quincy Health Department at 617-376-1286 or 617-376-1272 so that we may advise you regarding further actions," said the City.
