QUINCY, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) -- The city of Quincy's annual Flag Day parade is back this year.
Quincy Mayor Thomas Koch announced this year's celebration will look slightly different; the annual flag-raising ceremony has been canceled and the firework show will take place at Quincy Bay.
The rest the parade will remain the same--it will follow its traditional route and start at 7 p.m. on Saturday.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the city was forced to adjust their 2020 event. It would have been the 69th year of celebration.
To following coronavirus health protocols, the Flag Day Committee planned a "drive under the flag" event.
Koch encourages for parade viewers to wear a mask when they are in large, tight, group settings.
