BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Red Bull's 2025 Cliff Diving World Series returns to Boston Harbor.
It will be the competition's only stop in the U.S. Sept. 19 and 20 in the Boston Seaport.
The world's best cliff divers will be launching themselves from the roof of the Institute of Contemporary Art.
The men's platform is 88.5 ft. high while the women's is 69 ft. high.
The divers will be entering the water at speeds of more than 50 m.p.h.
Judges will evaluate and score each of the dives.
Among the expected competitors in Boston are Team USA's 2025 World Champion James Lichtenstein and the top-ranked USA female diver Kaylea Arnett.
Rounds 1 and 2 will be held on the 19th.
Round 3 and the Finals will be held on the 20th.
