REVERE, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — A group of seniors at the Revere Senior Center took a field trip to Somerville Wednesday to see "80 for Brady."

The film stars Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, Rita Moreno, and Sally Field as best friends and New England Patriots fans who travel to Houston to watch Brady and the Patriots play in Super Bowl LI in 2017.

"I am so excited," said resident Mary Vigliotta.

"What the senior center is doing for us, I’m so excited, I couldn’t sleep all night thinking about it," another resident told WBZ NewsRadio.

The trip cost $5 for popcorn and a drink per person, while a local realtor donated the money for tickets.

"We’re very excited, we got a couple school buses going, and we’re just gonna go watch the movie," said Director of Elder Services Deb Peczka.

Earlier this month, seniors from nine different communities attended a special free screening of "80 for Brady" at Patriot Place in Foxborough.
