RMV Begins Enforcing 'No Walk-In Policy'

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — RMV locations across Massachusetts will begin enforcing a "no walk-in" policy in an attempt to mitigate the spread of coronavirus.

Beginning Friday, only customers with appointments will be served at the eight RMV locations that were reopened across the state.

The RMV is urging customers to head online, where they say most transactions can be completed.

More details about online services can be found on the RMV website.
