TEWKSBURY, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — A rollover crash on I-495 in Tewksbury early Friday morning has left a man dead.
The victim has been identified as 21-year-old Chris Otero of Haverhill.
The crash happened shortly after 2:15 a.m. Massachusetts State Police said Otero lost control of the car. The vehicle then hit the median guardrail barrier, rolled over, and came to a rest in the median.

Otero was ejected from the car. It’s unclear what caused him to lose control.
First responders tried to save Otero’s life on the scene. He was taken to Lowell General Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The crash remains under investigation.
