Shooting In Stoughton Leaves Two People, Including A Teenager Injured

STOUGHTON, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — At around 10:40 PM Saturday night, the Stoughton Police Department responded to a report of shots fired on Porter Street near J&I Variety.

According to the Stoughton Police, two victims, including a teenager, were taken to hospitals- their status was not determined in the statement.

No arrests have been made, police said, and they do not have a suspect description as of yet.

Police asked residents on Porter Street via Twitter to check home cameras for any evidence related to the shooting.

Anyone with information that could assist in the investigation was asked by Stoughton Police to call 781-344-2424.

The active investigation is being assisted by the Massachusetts State Police.
