SALEM, N.H. (WBZ NewsRadio) — The Salem, N.H. Police Department confirmed that a small earthquake hit the state Saturday night.
The earthquake happened about 2 miles west of Salem's center with a magnitude of 1.8, according to police.
Salem Police also posted on Facebook that they "thank everyone for their concern."
