BELMONT, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Sophia Skopetos does not spend time on social media.
As the owner of Sophia's Greek Pantry at 265 Belmont St. in Belmont, Skopetos is too busy making and selling her signature Greek yogurt, made from sheep's and goat's milk and laced with flavors like honey and coconut.

"It’s not much to say, this is the way I make the yogurt, this is my recipe," Skopetos told WBZ NewsRadio Wednesday.
It is this same recipe she learned from her grandmother that has whipped TikTok into a frenzy.
"This is the best yogurt I have ever had," one video claimed.
"I had, like, a visceral reaction in the store," another video said.
"When I started, I had a gentleman who worked here," Skopetos recalled. "He says, 'Why are you making [the yogurt], nobody was buying it.' And I said to him, I will still make it until there is a line waiting for me.
She now has her line and then some. Skopetos said she has seen a lot of fresh faces mixed in with longtime devotees, and demand for the yogurt has gotten so high that she cannot find enough sheep's and goat's milk to keep up.
"This is my second family and I appreciate the dust from their shoes walking into the store," Skopetos said.
Sophia's Greek Pantry also has a second location at 479 Market St. in Lowell.
