STOUGHTON, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) —Stoughton Police said five people are injured after a crash on Wednesday night, and one of them was shot. Police say the crash happened at about 9:15 p.m. at the corner of Plain Street and West Street.
One of the people in the cars was discovered with a gunshot wound.
Police said the person with the gunshot wound had non-life threatening injuries, and was taken to a local hospital. None of the other injured had serious wounds. Investigators think the victim was shot away from the crash site.
The roads were closed at Plain Street and West Street until early Thursday.
